Who We Are

In a collaborative effort, Equilibrium Real Estate Investments, RAH Architects, and Truck To Table aim to transform a 3600sqft building occupying 2.5 acres on E Grant Rd Into a destination for local food and drinks, outdoor games, and community fun.This project stems from The Pit LLC food truck park on Pantano/22nd St in East Tucson. The Idea Is to continue the development of Grant Rd further East as new concepts for dining and entertainment populate the corridor, helping to revitalize and make the community a safe place for people of all ages and backgrounds.
